For each day of a booked charter, a $75 deposit is due. Cancellations are accepted up to one (1) week prior to charter date, otherwise the deposit is credited toward a future charter within one year. Your Captain has the discretion of canceling a charter due to unsafe/inclement weather, in which case your deposit will be fully refunded. Of course, short-notice charters are also accepted.
If you do not send a deposit within 7 days, you are not confirmed and your day is subject to re-booking.
